🛍️ For PurchasesWe accept returns within 
7 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
 - The item must be undamaged and in resalable condition
 - Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
 
If these conditions are met, we’ll offer you a 
full refund or 
exchange — your choice. Refunds are processed within 
3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Please note:- Used, worn, or damaged items cannot be returned
 - Helmets must be returned with original tags and packaging
 - For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on helmets that have been worn

🧳 For RentalsWe understand plans change, and we do our best to keep things flexible. Here’s how our rental return policy works:
- We do not offer refunds for early returns (e.g., if you return your rental before the end of your booking period)
 - If any rented item has a defect or issue, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra cost
 - All rental gear must be returned in the same condition it was delivered — clean, undamaged, and complete (e.g., brackets, locks, keys)
 
🛠️ Lost or Damaged RentalsIn case of 
lost, broken, or heavily damaged rental items, additional fees may apply. We always try to be fair and transparent — our goal is to keep gear in great shape for the next rider.
